Young learners build emergent reading and writing skills—as they create beautiful art! Children work together to create a whole-class work of readable art such as accordion books, giant murals, and sculptures. These classroom-tested projects cover favorite themes such as penguins, neighborhood & community, transportation, and weather. Projects require little setup and use all different media: printing, texture rubbings, collage, and more.
